Hispaniola Motors is an affiliate of two reputable international groups: the Loret Group, one of the principal importers of vehicles in the Caribbean; and the Hostos Group, a Dominican leader in services and distribution. Through the Loret Group, Hispaniola Motors has its own infrastructure in China with offices in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Hangzhou, a regional distribution platform for vehicles, Automar Trading, located in Saint Martin duty free hub and a logistics center for spare parts, Glh, located in Panama.
In October 2007, Hispaniola Motors signed a strategic alliance with Peravia Motors, the Dominican leader in commercial vehicles to comercialize the DongFeng brands (DFAC & DFM). Through this agreement, Hispaniola Motors distribute Daihatsu & Skoda.
